DLSEIZ hosts partnering event
Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation Zone (DLSEIZ) Administrative Committee hosted a partnering event on Nov 8 in collaboration with China-US Academic Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation (Suzhou) Center, in an effort to lure more best-in-class American startup teams and their projects to the area. The event attracted more than 30 elites from the United States with their projects concerning AI, cloud computing, advanced materials, biomedicine and Internet technologies.
At the beginning, the representatives of several SIP-based industry clusters, investors and companies engaged in related sectors gave the American guests a detailed account of their expectations and offerings for potential partners.
After that, the teams that took the top three places in the 2018 InnoSTARS Competition?presented their award-winning projects to the participants.
A salon session followed for the Chinese and American participants to discuss potential cooperation opportunities.
At last, the American elites visited SIP Planning Exhibition Hall and SIP AI Exhibition Center, where they gained a holistic picture of SIP's development trajectories and industrial layout.
