A total of 100 school principals from Central China's Henan province visited Xinghai Primary School in SIP on Oct 16 to learn experience in developing characteristic courses for improvement of student attainment.

The visitors first had a tour around some of the school's facilities such as the history museum, activity center, psycho-health guidance center, library and sinology hall, where they gained a better understanding of the school's management philosophies, educational programs and services.

After that, they attended a basketball lesson and a roller skating lesson as observers, and learnt lots of details about the school's efforts to develop tailored PE courses for students with special talents in certain sports.

At the following exchange meeting, the school's deputy principal Wang Luxia shared with the visitors their practices in developing characteristic educational programs, and then the participants exchanged opinions with each other.
