With SIP Business Service Promotion Association (SIP-BSPA)'s assistance, SIP Business Development Service Center (SIP-BDSC) signed agreements with Suzhou Bar Association, Suzhou Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Suzhou Intellectual Property Services Chamber of Commerce and Suzhou Shangke Product Testing Center to launch strategic cooperation in providing legal, financial and quality management services to enterprises in SIP.

At the signing ceremony, SIP-BDSC representative revealed their plans of working together with different government departments and social organizations to provide better services for local enterprises, and SIP-BSPA representative gave an introduction to SIP's upgraded "On-line Service Supermarket", a web-based platform dedicated to matching enterprises' demands for outsourcing services with the suppliers.

In the following discussion session, the participants from the partners offered advice on ways of enhancing integration of service outsourcing resources and facilitating in-depth industry and policy studies for stronger support to enterprises.
