Children sell idle articles to embrace environmental protection concept

A flea market recently took place at Dongshahu sub-district, as one of the events at the "Care for Seedlings" Summer Camp in Dongshahu sub-district. It was expected to enhance the environmental protection awareness of the youngsters in the camp.

At the event, the little campers exerted themselves to the utmost to peddle their "products" which included second-hand toys, picture books, DIY hairpins, self-made cookies and even a pet turtle. A solar lamp became one of the quick sellers, because it not only saves energy but also can be used as a power charger.

The youngsters showcased their talents in business in the process. Some prepared QR code cards for the convenience of the customers wanting to pay using their smartphones, while some bought articles from others at lower prices and sold them at higher prices.
