Chinese and American cancer experts gather in SIP

The China-US Cancer Experts' Roundtable took place in SIP on July 6, gathering representatives from the Food and Drug Administration and the National Cancer Institute of the United States, Chinese American Hematologist Oncologist Network, China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Development Association (PhIRDA) and many pharmaceutical enterprises.

At the event, PhIRDA Chairman Song Ruilin gave the participants a specific introduction to the country's latest policies on tax preferences and customs declarations designed to facilitate import of anticancer drugs and direct application of foreign clinical data in the country.

Chinese enterprise representatives and US experts exchanged information and ideas at the event. US cancer experts expounded on the US drug supervision policies, shared their opinions on international anticancer drug development trends and learned about the enterprises' products and projects.
