Suzhou-Singapore education forum goes on in SIP

The 14th Suzhou-Singapore School Principals' Forum kicked off in SIP on May 7 and will last till May 11. Chinese and Singaporean primary and middle school principals and people from the education circle have gathered to exchange opinions and experience in school management and teaching. A seminar for the purpose was held at SIP Xinghui School on May 8.

The forum, held in Suzhou and Singapore alternately since its initiation in 2006, offers good opportunities for education professionals to brainstorm solutions for issues ranging from basic education reform and development to curriculum design and talent training.

It is reported that this year's event includes visits to a number of SIP-based schools, designed to help the Singaporean guests acquire a better understanding of the schools' typical characteristics and achievements.
