SIP Introduces Higher Standards on Production Safety and Social Security
On February 6, Suzhou Industrial Park held a theme meeting on social order and security, assigning relevant tasks for the year 2012.

SIP authorities commended 45 units, 36 individuals for their excellent jobs in law enforcement and maintaining safety, 27 role models of safety production, 34 staff members in handling complaint letters and receiving visitors, and 10 mediators.

The central task in 2012 is to serve the goal of realizing basic modernization by building an efficient and effective team, resolving social conflicts, innovating social management, promoting clean and just law enforcement, supervising production safety, maintaining social harmony and stability, and building harmonious communities.

Secretary Ma Minglong of SIP CPC Working Committee said the safety of food, campus, and production was a top priority. He also pointed out that the key was to innovate social management and response mechanism so as to handle emergencies efficiently and to achieve a harmonious and stable society.
