SIP Work Team for Wellbeing of the Youth is to Be Built
On March 8, Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth, and SIP Politics and Law Committee organized a seminar on building up communities with zero juvenile crime, and for preparing to establish SIP work team for wellbeing of the youth. By offering ideological, ethical and legal education to the youth in conjunction with schools, the team will aim to prevent juvenile delinquency and help and educate juvenile delinquents.
In the initial stage, the work team will mostly depend on veteran retirees from legal units and some staff in post to investigate in communities, to offer legal knowledge on campus, to organize the youth to visit legal education bases and so on. With the work progressing, more government departments, and social sectors, will be incorporated in the work to contribute to the prevention of juvenile crime.
