After the Spring Festival, more and more people left their hometown for cities in the hope of finding better jobs. Early on the morning of March 4, the job-hunters waited patiently in a long line outside the HR Center in Suzhou Industrial Park. Facing an under-supplied labor market, the HR managers of local companies tried all means to realize the established recruitment goals.
