Business Entry Rate of Moon Harbor Reaches 98%

 

 

According to sources of Suzhou Industrial Park Commercial & Tourism Development Co., Ltd, the entry rate of businesses into its subsidiary Moon Harbor has reached 98%. Some leisure and F&B branded shops like Rose House from Taiwan has opened for service in advance.

 

With Suzhou International Expo Center to its north, and Suzhou Science & Cultural Center to its west, the crescent moon-shaped Harbor covers a land area of 45,548 square meters, with 11,743-square-meter water area, 33,620-square-meter above-ground construction area and 580 underground parking lots. With 17 buildings, the whole Moon Harbor is divided into areas A, B, and C. A is designed for large-scale Chinese cuisine, featured F&B and night clubs, B for boutique hotels, and F&B districts, and C for bar street block and private clubs.
