SIP BioBay Enterprises Strengthen Exchange and Cooperation

Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) BioBay has managed to gather more than 150 enterprises so far and one of its key missions is to provide comprehensive services to them. The management invited the companies engaged in medical equipment and diagnostic reagents to an exchange meeting on March 2. The executives from nearly 40 enterprises met to discuss and explore possible cooperation opportunities.

157 hi-tech R&D companies have registered at BioBay and more than 100 have started business operation. They own about 70 patents and recruit over 1,000 top-end professionals, among whom 21% have doctoral degrees and 46% have master degrees. As a result, BioBay has become a highland of industrial clusters and hi-tech talents for exchange, cooperation, and innovation in the fields of bio-medicine, diagnostics, medical equipments, R&D outsourcing, and nano-technologies.
