Wharf International Finance Center to Uplifts Suzhou's Skyline Peak to 450m

A new comer on the list of the city's skyscrapers will create a new record by increasing the highest point of Suzhou's skyline to 450 meters. The morning of March 2 witnessed the ground-breaking ceremony of Wharf International Finance Center. Located in the center of Hudong CBD area of Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) with Cuiyuan Road to its south and Xinghu Street to its west, the 92-storied complex will be the tallest building in Jiangsu Province when completed in 2013.

With a total land area of 21,280 and construction area of 393,208 square meters, the complex houses the province's tallest building, a podium building, and a wave-shaped square. The designer arranges a sightseeing platform on the 92nd floor of the main building with a bird's-eye view of the entire city.

The design effect of the project
The complex is a comprehensive commercial project offering multiple high-end services including Class A offices, boutique hotel, deluxe single-story and duplex serviced apartments.
