Qingqiupu Bridge Opens for Traffic after Five-Month Maintenance

 

The maintenance and reinforcement of Qingqiupu Bridge started on September 8, 2009 and finished on February 5. As a result, the bridge opened for traffic two months ahead of the scheduled time.

It is an important bridge of Xiandai Avenue, the only east-west trunk road in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), spanning across Qingqiupu River and Weisheng Road, connecting with Xinglong Street in the west and Shanghai-Nanjing Highway in the east.
