SIP hosts work conference on talent cultivation
SIP hosted the 2018 Work Conference on Highly-skilled Talent Cultivation at SIP Training Management Center on Dec 26, looking back on its talent cultivation efforts over the past year, commending individuals and organizations with remarkable achievements in skill contests and skill training programs, and revealing future work plans.
A report released at the beginning of the event said SIP has taken a series of effective measures this year to promote talent development, including helping enterprises, schools and training organizations improve their professional training and evaluation mechanisms, encouraging talent selection through occupational skill competitions, and offering honors and subsidies to excellent professionals as incentives.
The future plans revealed later include specific strategies aimed at seeking more outcomes in talent cultivation based on the above-mentioned measures.
Moreover, more than 200 people, including winners in various skill competitions and representatives from organizations with outstanding performance in talent cultivation and related programs, received awards.
