Administrative staff gain better service ability in training
SIP Social Insurance and Housing Fund Management Center carried out a training program this month, in a move to help its staff enhance their ability of providing comprehensive services concerning social insurance and housing fund.
It is learnt that the center launched on Apr 2 the one-stop service for social insurance reimbursement, housing fund withdrawal and other related requests from the local residents, aiming to improve its work efficiency relying on simplified administrative procedures and optimized service facilities.
The program included theoretical study, practices, service etiquette training and assessment that helped the participating staff members enhance their professional proficiency.
