HR summit opens in SIP


The 2017 China Jinji Lake Human Resource Summit opened at SIP on Dec 28. More than 1,000 experts, scholars and enterprise representatives were present.

The event consisted of a number of keynote speeches and eight parallel forums, where the participants discussed the current characteristics, opportunities and challenges as well as future trends of HR management and development.

Zeng Xiangquan, director of the Institute for Employment Research at Renmin University of China and vice chairman of China Association for Labor Studies, gave his advice on measures to urge a better development of domestic labor market, including giving a full play to the aged labor force, increasing investment in talent training, optimizing the labor force structure and enhancing incentive mechanisms.

Zong Yi, founder of Phnix, a Chinese new energy solution provider, shared his experience in business startup as well as his views on how to break the bottlenecks in transforming HR management and development modes.
