SIP Urban Development Co Ltd broke ground on a park south of Dushu Lake Neighborhood Center on Dec 21. The project is expected to be completed by December 2018.

The project, with a land area of about 24,000 sqm and a total floor area of about 19,800 sqm, will boast integrated functional facilities, such as landscape lawn, performance stage, music score square, fitness space and children's playgrounds, aiming to meet the need of different age groups.

Its 519-space underground parking lot will be connected with Rail Transit Line 2 through underground passages, thus encouraging trips by public transport and exemplifying a low-carbon lifestyle.
