A number of staff from property management companies and related offices at neighborhood committees, property owners as well as other residents from Dongshahu sub-district took part in an outward bound at Jiangxiang Eco-Park on Dec 19. The event was aimed at enhancing the participants' knowledge on property management, arousing their awareness of teamwork as well as increasing their interactions.

The participants, in five teams, first competed in a knowledge contest. Each team was required to give their answer to the question they got by random draw after discussion and analysis. All the teams gave perfect answers in this part.

Following that, the participants competed in a series of shiatsu sheet games in a fierce but joyous atmosphere.

In the last part, each team drew a gouache according to the requirements and instructions of the coach. Finally, all the teams connected their paintings into a huge picture.
