Volunteers cut hair for a paralytic

Barber Jin A'long and his apprentice Wu Guoqiang, both volunteers at SIP Xietang Sub-district Heart-to-Heart Elderly & Handicapped Service Center, cut hair for Tan Fushou, an 84-year-old paralytic in Lianxiang New Village, on Dec 22.

Tan has lost his ability to carry out even the simplest tasks in his daily life since a stroke attack several years ago.

His son and the volunteers put him erect in a chair and cut hair for him. Jin trimmed his hair using an electric hair cutter and a razor and then sponged the clippings off his neck. The old man soon had a new look.
