Recently, a 350m-long and 2m-high green fence enclosing Loufeng Sub-district Culture and Sports Center, which is now under renovation, caught the attention of many passersby.

The fence, composed of steel frameworks and foam core panels covered with green artificial turf, bears elaborately designed three-dimensional publicity boards with public-service advertisements, seeming very beautiful and enjoyable.
