China HR Development Summit 2016 held in SIP

China Human Resources Development Summit 2016 (CHRDS) took place at Suzhou Jinji Lake International Convention Center last Friday. Sponsored by SIP Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. (SIPHRD), the summit focused on the theme of "sharing, inspiring, breakthrough, reshaping" and attracted many famous scholars, entrepreneurs and HR experts.

As the first thousand-person large HR management summit in Suzhou, CHRDS set up quite a few HR topics with both prospective vision and practical plan. Aside from keynote speeches, CHRDS also held 10 sub-forums to address various HR issues including corporate culture, leadership, EAP, facilitator, labor law, staff motivation, salary system, HR new technologies, talent development, etc.

Wu Chen, chief editor of The Economist Global Business Review, shared his views on HR reforms in the future, "With the development of science and technology, manufacturing is seeing the peak season of transformation. The application of large numbers of robots will definitely pose challenges to HR. These changes request manufacturing companies to provide human beings with more interesting and more innovative job opportunities."

Kang Yue, president of Suzhou Sungent Holding Group and general manager of SIPHRD, said, "The biggest challenge to SIP's HR work is short manpower supply, the gap in both quantity and quality. Therefore, both recruitment and training should be beefed up at the same time."

Engaged in professional HR service, management and research, SIPHRD provides specialized HR services, ranging from basic to high-end and from common to tailor-made, for governments, enterprises and individuals, and has developed into a most representative comprehensive HR service supplier in East China over the years.
