SIP Labor Supervision Team Calls Discussion with European and American Company General Managers
To further improve labor management and recruitment and call due attention of the corporate executives to the building of harmonious labor relations, Suzhou Industrial Park labor Supervision Team recently invited the general managers of 11 European-funded and American-funded enterprises in the Weiting area to a discussion at Weiting Sub-district.
During the meeting, the participants had an in-depth exchange of views on the issues of democratization of enterprises, the safeguarding of the employees' legal rights and interest, the women workers concerning second-child policy, and downsizing of labor force, etc., and the leaders of SIP labor department gave answers to the questions of the enterprises' immediate concerns.
The leaders of SIP labor department stressed at the meeting that the top management of the enterprises should attach great importance to the work of employees, give active support for their participation in the government-sponsored free trainings, implement the authentication system for job qualification and the regulation for certification of labor relation coordinators, actively support the setup of labor unions, and make constant improvement in building harmonious labor relations.
