Dushu Lake Neighborhood Center opened on December 22 as the 17th project developed by Suzhou Industrial Park Neighborhood Center Development Co., Ltd. (SIPNC).

Dushu Lake Neighborhood Center, with a land area of 25,000 square meters and the floorage of 80,000 square meters located at the crossing of Qiyue Street and Ruoshui Road, has 116 stores and about 400 parking spaces. As a one-stop community commercial & service center, it offers not only F&B, leisure & entertainment facilities, kid's club, but also convenient services like other SIPNC's neighborhood centers, such as pharmacy, supermarket, laundry, communication company, bank, community club and community medical station. What's more, the center will link up with the extended line of Rail Transit Line 2 next year.

During the first few days after its opening, the center joins hands with Dushu Lake Community Working Committee and Dushu Lake Library to present a series of cultural activities such as picture book exhibition and calligraphy & photography exhibition. And at Christmas Eve, the center will cooperate with Link City to bring the citizens flash mob singing and dancing, Christmas carols chorus and passionate drum performance.
