On December 5, Maxim's opened on 3/F at Harmony Constellation as the first one in China. 

First established in 1893 at Place de la Concorde in Paris, Maxim's is known for its hi-end quality and deluxe service, and it sells 800 different series of goods, including chocolate, coffee, tea, biscuit, snacks, champagne and gifts.

It is reported that Maxim's will open its second cafe soon at the Peace Hotel at the Bund in Shanghai.
