"Thank you for holding my last birthday party in China, and welcome to America," said Luca, a Romanian living in Suzhou Industrial Park Tianyu (Horizon) Residential Community, on the afternoon of December 26. Luca is leaving Suzhou since her French-born husband Arnaud is transferred to another post in the U.S. So, 30 volunteers from the community held this party for her.

After settling down in Suzhou in 2007, Luca has been an active volunteer in the community. Her unselfish acts win respect from others.
