2nd Jinji Lake Cloud Industry Summit Held in SIP
At the 2nd Jinji Lake Cloud Industry Summit at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool International Conference Center on the afternoon of December 23, experts and professionals from the country discussed the business opportunities and the challenges in the sector. Suzhou Industrial Park government also awarded the best cloud and innovation projects of the year. Deputy Chief Xu Wenqing of SIP Science & Technology Bureau said in his speech that with ample HR and other resources, SIP would become a highland of cloud industry.
GM Gu Qiang of Suzhou Broadcasting Station said in his speech that mobile Internet was an open platform integrating the ideas of post-90's, the execution of post-85's, and the management of post-80's.
Chairman Ni Lin of Gold Mantis Construction & Decoration said it became an irreversible trend for traditional businesses to "embrace" Internet. "If you want to grow, this is the way you have to take," he said. By cooperating with online service platform Home Deco Station, Gold Mantis provides online shopping service of decoration materials to home owners.
By the end of 2013, SIP has gathered 300 cloud computing companies and recorded total industrial output of 14 billion yuan. With eight "clouds" focusing on infrastructure, tourism, e-commerce, health and medicine, culture and education, administration, and transport, people are able to enjoy the convenience and efficiency brought to their lives by cutting-edge technologies.
