Li Hongzhen Exhibits 40 Oil Paintings at Yucun Art Museum


   

Li Hongzhen, a young painter and teacher of digital media at Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Services Outsourcing, opened a solo exhibition on December 20 and with 40 oil paintings till January 4, 2015 at Yucun Art Museum (1088-28 Songtao Street, Suzhou Industrial Park).

Li Hongzhen is the 12th local young artists introduced by the museum in partnership with Suzhou Oil Painting & Sculpture Institute.


History of a River Bridge

Among the works on exhibition, "History of a River Bridge", which depicts an old bridge spanning the Yangtze River, won the top award in Jiangsu at 11th National Artworks Exhibition in 2009. "It took me two months to do the painting," he said. "And I want people to see the change of times and to get a glimpse of history from it."
