Teachers at SIP Youth and Children Center Show Diverse Talent
At the second "Teachers Growth Season" of Suzhou Industrial Park Youth and Children Center, the teachers based at the center showed their talents of playing the erhu made of Lego blocks, making an exquisite duplicate of garden pavilion, painting bookmarks in lines, and dancing ballet to the music of Peking Opera. There were also other competitions of speech and PPT making.
Qian Yunruo signed up for both seasons and said the program also provided a platform of communications. "We come to the center, teach different courses, and then go back home after class. It's good to have a place to show others what we're capable of and to learn from others."
"We always encourage our teachers to learn more," said Wu Jianqing, director of the center. "After all, our top task is to serve kids and good teachers are the most valuable assets of the center."
Since its founding five years ago, SIP Youth and Children Center has grown rapidly and become an attractive extracurricular base for local kids with quality teaching staff, rich activities, and increasingly influential brand name.
