The Suzhou leg of Batman Run Series, a global event to celebrate the 80th birthday of the fictional superhero Batman who started to appear in American comic books published by DC Comics in 1939, is set to kick off at SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) on Nov 30. Anyone interested in the event can apply through WeChat program “Travel in YLPTR” to join it individually or together with friends or families.

 

There will be a packet for each of the runners including a limited edition DC Batman T-shirt, a long Batman windbreaker, a commemorative run bib and other souvenirs. The runners will run four kilometers along a route with games in scenarios mimicking the Batman movies, and each of the finishers will receive a stunning medal.
