The 2018 Suzhou Tourist Information Service Evaluation concluded lately. The tourist centers at Jinji Lake Scenic Area and Yi'Oulai Outlets received the honor of "Suzhou's Best Tourist Information Service Suppliers in 2018", while those at Jinji Lake Grand Hotel, Gathering Hotel and Grand Metropark Hotel Suzhou won the honor of "Suzhou's Excellent Tourist Information Service Suppliers in 2018".

The tourist centers at Jinji Lake Scenic Area and Yi'Oulai Outlets took the first and second places in terms of total scores. However, all the tourist centers mentioned above are the benchmark for excellence when it comes to tourist service scope and quality. They do whatever they can to ensure the tourists a good time at the destinations, offering them real-time information about local traffic conditions, visitor flows, travel routes and accommodation services as well as considerate services like valuables storage and leased umbrellas and baby carriages to help them deal with inconveniences and emergencies.

Statistics show that there are 40 tourist centers of similar kind across SIP, all striving to provide the tourists with the fastest information and the best services.
