The Federation of Trade Unions of Jinji Lake Hotel Group (JLHG-FTU) recently became one of the four organizations that received the honor of "Four-Star Trade Union" from the SIP authority. Concurrently, the JLHG's trade union working group for hotel housekeepers was honored "Model Home for Employees".

The honors stem from the FTU's consistent efforts to provide thoughtful services to the group's staff. On the one hand, the FTU has been organizing various events such as training sessions and lectures to help the staff enhance their proficiency and service ability. On the other hand, it tries its utmost to care for the staff's work and life so that they do their job with great passion.
