China Tourism Development Forum 2016 was held in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, from Dec 5 to 7. China Tourism Academy and China Tourism Association jointly released the China Tourism Group Development Report 2016 at the forum and announced the 2016 list of top 20 Chinese tourism groups. Tongcheng Network Technology Co., Ltd, a company headquartered in Suzhou, ranks 5th on the list. 

Tongcheng Tourism was first included into the top 20 list in 2012 and has moved up steadily ever since. It rose from the 15th place in 2012 to the 8th place in 2015. This year the company has made a new breakthrough into the top five club.

Tongcheng Tourism management takes the constant improvement of product quality and service level as the guarantee for the sustainable development of an enterprise.

In order to optimize customer experience, the company explicitly set "zero negative comment" as the target for this year, taking customers’ feedback including complaints and suggestions as reminder for improvement.

The Chinese tourism group survey jointly launched by China Tourism Academy and China Tourism Association dates back to 2009, and the survey results have been published in the form of annual development report at the China Tourism Development Forum of the year.

The top five on the 2016 list are Ctrip Tourism Group, China Travel Service, HNA Group, Jin Jiang International (Group) Co., Ltd. and Tongcheng Network Technology Co., Ltd.
