Dreamy Hulunbuir Food Festival is going to be unveiled at Jinji Lake Grand Hotel on Dec 5, when various delicacies and singing and dancing shows from Inner Mongolia Prairie will come on stage in Suzhou. The festival will last till Dec 18.

A team made up of famous chefs from Hulunbuir hotels will cook all the dishes with fresh food materials and local seasonings from the prairie, making the event a truly authentic feast of grassland cuisine.

The menu will include a variety of courses and drinks like Roasted Gigot Chops, Handheld Lamb, Toffee Milk Tofu, Jinsha Creme, Buryat Steamed Stuffed Bun, Mongolian Milk Tea, Kumiss and so on.

Aside from genuine grassland cuisine, the food festival will present exciting Mongolian shows such as Mongolia dance, Mongolia toast song and horse-head fiddle. The customers will be able to witness the ribbon-cutting ceremony for whole roast lamb and receive Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf used in Mongolia) that carries blessings from Mongolian beauties.
