2016 "Autumn outing on peninsula" activity of Suzhou Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort was unveiled on September 27, the World Tourism Day. Based on the contents of the 2nd City Outdoor Festival, a series of leisure activities will be carried out, including 10,000 children's painting contest, cycling carnival, unmanned aerial vehicle racing, national orienteering contest, bicycle-themed exhibition, and hairy crab carapace decoration festival.

As a major part of "Autumn outing on peninsula" activity, 10,000 children's painting contest attracts primary and middle school students of the whole city to give free rein to their imagination to depict new images of the peninsula. The contest is now in progress.

In addition, four tailored tour routes are designed for the visitors with different needs, namely, happy parent-kid excursion, "cuisine & sports" leisure tourism, enjoying autumn scene and tasting hairy crabs, and Zen contemplation and mind cleansing.
