Goran Martinovic, a former member of the Croatian national boxing team who runs a boxing club is SIP and an annual charity boxing event which has raised about RMB 300,000 for good causes over the past seven years, has been trying hard to do his bit in the fight against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Early this year, Goran managed to buy 20,000 masks from Croatia and its neighboring countries and donated them to SIP Charity Federation. He also shared a workout plan so that people can do physical exercises at home.
In March, when the epidemic hit Croatia, Goran tried every means to raise protective equipment and ventilators for his compatriots. In this process, he received the help from the authorities of SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD and local enterprises.
