Weiting Supercharger Station, built by SIP-based Suzhou Towngas Business Management Co Ltd, opened in SIP’s Weiting Sub-district on Jan 16. Many electric vehicle drivers tried its services and showed great satisfaction.

The charging station is equipped with four 120KW DC charging piles that can serve eight electric vehicles at the same time, with no limit on the type of the vehicles. Drivers can use a specially designed app downloaded into their mobile phones or a WeChat or Alipay module to register their vehicles with the machines and pay the fees after charging. The charging piles deliver energy rapidly so that a battery can be filled to 80% in less than 50 minutes.
    It is noteworthy that there is a lounge for drivers to have a rest when their vehicles are being charged, and also free car washing service. Moreover, free lunches, gifts and discount for charging are offered in the first week.
