A group of kids from Xietang Sub-district Experimental Kindergarten in SIP had the chance to have a tour around the local police station on the National 110 Awareness Day which is observed annually on Jan 10 to increase the public’s awareness and knowledge of the country’s 110 police emergency call service.

 

In the event, in the company of their teachers and two policemen working at the police station, the kids visited the police station’s service hall, command center and several other offices. In the process, the policemen demonstrated to the visitors the use of various police equipment, and gave them a lecture on safety protection, covering ways of dealing with emergencies and tips on seeking police’s help by dialing 110. They also answered the kids’ inquiries.
