The project launched in April 2019 by SIP’s Loufeng Sub-district office to renovate Donggang Xincun Residential Quarter was declared on Jan 9 as one of “Suzhou’s Top 10 Heart-winning Projects for Public Interests” after an online voting by Suzhou citizens. 

 

The project included infrastructure repair, landscaping and a series of law enforcement actions against illegal buildings, business operations and parking and violent crimes to ensure a good environment for local residents. The dramatic changes it has brought to Donggang Xincun Residential Quarter won the heart of the online voters.
