The sub-office of SIP Market Supervision Bureau in SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone had a meeting with the local Adidas branch on Nov 2, trying to help it make a good preparation for the upcoming Double 11 shopping festival which, first held by Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba on Nov 11, 2009, is now dubbed as the largest annual 24-hour online shopping event in the world.

It is learnt that the meeting was part of a long-term communication mechanism established between the two parties in 2016 for the purpose of giving efficient response to difficulties and problems the company encounters in their business operation.

At the meeting, which focused on issues concerning customer complaint disposal, the office's staff gave a detailed account of the customer complaints they recently received against the company and offered advice for improvement, while the staff from the company's departments of e-commerce, customer service and government relations expounded on their plans for better delivery management and after-sales services.
