Hanlin Building Community Working Station in SIP's Moon Bay sub-district recently upgraded its services for the unemployed, in an attempt to help them land a job or start their own businesses.

In one move, the station offered the target groups free courses on entrepreneurship in collaboration with a number of local schools, research institutes and enterprises, explaining in detail related local policies to them and introducing them to specific issues that they need to know as a business founder and operator.

In another move, the station established a comprehensive communication mechanism that combines telephone calls, social media interactions and face-to-face exchanges to keep contact with the unemployed and provide them with chances to learn business experience from others.
