Several new public-benefit classes, two for adults and one for children, recently started at Dushu Lake Resident Liaison Center in SIP's Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation Zone. The classes are part of a local regular public education program launched last year to offer various learning opportunities in every spring, summer vacation and autumn for local residents to gain new knowledge and skills.

One of the new classes for adults is about colored pencil painting, covering basic painting skills from drawing fundamentals to color schemes. The other one on parenting is designed to give the participating parents a helping hand in coping with various problems concerning their children's growth.

The children's class themed "Little Emcees" consists of a package of lessons on oral expression, which is expected to help the children develop an outgoing personality and enhance their communication skills.
