The 2018 SIP Weiting Sub-district Individuals' Table Tennis Competition was held at the sub-district's cultural and sports center on May 12. Young and old contestants from 15 communities and schools took part in the men's and women's matches and eight of them finally emerged as the top four place winners.

The event went on in a fierce but joyous atmosphere. Following the competition rules, the players competed in rounds of best-of-three preliminaries and knockouts, in each of which the one that won 2 sets out of 3 gained the entry to the next round until the finals.

The event offered the residents a chance to showcase their sports skills and tighten their ties with neighbors.
