At SIP Education Trade Union's working conference held at SIP Ren'ai School on Mar 9, Xinghai Primary School received the honors of “Advanced Organization in Enhancing Staff’s Sense of Ownership", "Advanced Organization in Information-based Management" and "Exemplary Organization in Innovation in Trade Union Services".

Such achievements should be attributed to the school's endeavor last year to enhance its democratic management and its faculty members' sense of happiness, especially as the school authority gave full support to the school's trade union in fulfilling the faculty members' needs.

At the event, the representative of the school's trade union said that they will push on the service innovation this year to give a more potent support for the school's development.
