First rivalry at Jiangsu Teenagers' Art Contests in Suzhou to kick off

Jointly sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Art Talents Training Center, Jiangsu Provincial Teenagers' Painting and Calligraphy Association and Suzhou Federation of Literature and Art Circles, the first rivalry at "Shengpu Cup" Jiangsu Teenagers' Art Contests in Suzhou is expected to kick off on May 28.

More than 250 competitors aged from 4 to 24 will divide into four age groups to compete in the painting and calligraphy contest, which will cover traditional Chinese calligraphy, traditional Chinese paintings, children's paintings, gouaches, cartoons and pen calligraphy. The second painting and calligraphy contest is expected to be held in middle June, while instrumental music, vocal music, dance and language contests will be held on July 2.
