On the occasion of the upcoming 54th "Learn from Lei Feng Day", which falls on March 5, a theme activity "Volunteer work for the sake of love" and the launching ceremony of the second-time upgrading of volunteer website were held at Volunteers' Home in SIP on March 3.

Organized by SIP's Publicity Department and SIP Volunteers Association, the activity aims to carry forward Lei Feng spirit and the volunteer's spirit featuring devotion, fraternity, mutual help and progress.

It is learned that up till now, about 160 theme events marking "Learn from Lei Feng Day" have been held with an involvement of 15,000 people throughout the SIP.
