Direk Splash @ Ming opened at Ming Gallery of Art on Feb 25 as Direk Kingnok's first personal exhibition in China. On display are his 30 watercolor paintings, most of which were created after he traveled to Suzhou two years ago and depict watery country in misty rain, the grand canal, antique classical gardens, delicate bridges and crystal-clear water, and ancient towns full of vitality.

 
The work painted on the spot

Direk Kingnok was born at a small town in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, in 1976, and took to art since childhood thanks to the beautiful landscape in his hometown.

The exhibition will last till March 19.
