A group of cute foreign children were giving out red envelops (gift money) to the property staff members while saying "Happy New Year" in non-standard Chinese. That is a scene in the property office of Jinshuiwan Community, Suzhou Industrial Park, on the afternoon of January 19. The foreign residents there have done this for ten years in succession as a token of their gratitude to the hardworking staff.

Living in Jinshuiwan are 20% Chinese and 80% expatriates from the USA, Germany, India, Holland, the UK, Singapore, etc. In this small "United Nations", the residents, though from different cultural backgrounds, live in peace and harmony.
