Lianchi Lake Park in SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) has seen increasing visitors since the lotus season began there early this month.

 

The large carpet of lotus flowers, which symbolizes purity and integrity in Chinese culture, never fails to amaze visitors to the park. The flowers wiggling above green leaves amid gentle breeze, the fancy carp fish in the water and the dragonflies flying across the blue sky make up a beautiful picture that makes it hard for visitors to turn their lenses off them.

It is also great to stroll around the lotus pool, enjoying the fragrance of the flowers with the accompaniment of chirping birds.
