SIP Huxi Community Working Committee offered a training session on Apr 2, in a move to help local community staff and sanitation workers in charge of garbage disposal enhance their knowledge of garbage classification and improve their work efficiency. The event was part of the committee’s efforts this year to promote more effective garbage classification in Huxi sub-district.

At the event, the trainer gave the participants a detailed account of local waste disposal facilities and procedures and tips that they need to follow in their work. She also introduced to them a work performance evaluation system, and offered them advice concerning their duties. Then the participants shared their work experience with each other and discussed solutions for challenges they have encountered during their daily work.
