O-HR, the HR service arm of SIP-based Sungent Group, and the Administrative Committee of Liuzhou New District (LZND) in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, jointly inaugurated a new HR market in LZND on Feb 15. A job fair was held in it on the same day.

It is reported that O-HR won the bid last year to found a joint venture in collaboration with a Liuzhou-based state-owned enterprise to build and run the HR market. The HR market adopts O-HR's advanced management systems and service modes to serve the local employers and employees.

It is learnt that O-HR is widely recognized as a leading HR service supplier for its standard and considerate pro-business and data-based HR services. Its working concepts and modes have been duplicated in several industrial parks and economic development zones in East China's Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.
